Step 4: Watch the training video and use the Track It feature to log your reps and variations as you work toward mastering the skills. Once these are completed, the “Upload Your Own Training Video” and “Record Your Training Video” buttons will become accessible.
Step 5: Capture your progress by recording or uploading your training video. Focus on showcasing the variations and skills you’ve just mastered.
Step 6: Receive a detailed evaluation of your training video, complete with expert feedback and a scoring report. Learn what you did well, areas that need improvement, and actionable tips to refine your skills further.
